Lazy Bear Honey
We are a small apiary that promotes organic
beekeeping. All the honey we sell from our
hives comes from the trees and flowers in our
surrounding environment. The apiary is next to
the Cherokee National Forest which has several
trees for the bees to gather nectar and pollen
which include sourwood, locust, and basswood.
On the property we have tulip poplars, fruit
trees, berries, wildflowers and several varieties
of clover presented as a buffet for the gals.
We also don’t use any non-organic chemicals in
treating our bees for mites or hive beatles.
